Place Filter Bag Into Concrete Washout
Fill Filter Bag With About 77+ concrete trucks washing out on construciton job site. (8'x10' size)
Add Zero-Con to concrete wastewater in filter bag. Solids will floc to bottom and water will clarify.
Lift solids out with filter bag. These solids require no further treatment. You may recycle or use solids as road base on your construction site.
Adjust concrete wastewater with hydrochloric acid (muriatic) to a pH of between 6.5 to 9. Test the clear water with pH paper prior to discharge.
Discharge treated water on ground or POTW from the discharge valve in the Vinyl-Con Washout System.
You may also discharge into a natural waterway such as river, stream, lake etc. A bioassay may be required for each construction location when discharging into a natural waterway. No worries, Zero-Con has passed multiple bioassays. Zero-Con is environmentally safe. Think Green!
