Wall Washout Unit
Vinyl-Con™ Wall Washout is a patent pending mandated product by the EPA for contractors who are washing down walls. Pressure Washers and painters wash down stucco, brick, stone, concrete etc. This washwater is contaminated with residue of paint and/or wash chemicals or soap. This contaminated washwater must be contained on the construction job site and may not enter into the storm draines.
How It Works
The Vinyl-Con™ Wall Washout is affixed to the wall. The berm around the 20' long wall washout is designed to be filled with water and creates a 12" high berm perimeter. Begin washing the wall above the wall washout. The water will run down the wall and into the wall washout. When the wall washout is full of water vacumme the water out, creating a reusable wall washout unit. Slide the wall washout down the wall to the next cleaning area and start the process again. When finished drain the water out of the perimeter berma, roll up and store for the next job. - Reusable!
