A Vinyl-Con Paint Washout was designed to protect the environment from waste paint pollution. Many jobs require a paint washout to be onsite in the spefication of the construction plans. The Vinyl-Con paint washout meets and exceeds EPA regulations and is a preferred method in the EPA handbook. Paint washouts are used for washing out paint buckets, sprayer, brushes and other painting tools; preventing waste paint to be dumped on the ground.

The Vinyl-Con Paint Washout was designed for easy installation. In minutes the paint washout can be set up anywhere on the construction site. With the use of filter bags or Aqua-Solution™ the Vinyl-Con® can be reused again and again. There is no waste paint mess on the ground.

The best thing about a Vinyl-Con Paint Washout is it is packaged small and reusable. This concrete washout is delivered directly to you via Fed Ex in a box 4' x 10" x 10" or smaller. You can easily haul this box in your truck to the construction site. This paint washout is yours and it stays on your job site until you are finished with the job for no extra cost. Plus the Vinyl-Con is reusable when you use the filter bags. It not uncommon for a contractor to use the same Vinyl-Con for almost a year.

To treat water based paint you simply spread the granule packet evenly into the paint bucket or Vinyl-Con Paint Washout and watch the water turn to a "gel like" substance before your eyes in approximately 5 minutes. Once the paint has turned to gel you can then dispose of the paint buckets, Vinyl-Con Paint Washout or Filter Bag with no liquid mess.

Place a filter bag inside the watertight Vinyl-Con container. Once you fill your filter bag full of paint, sprinkle Aqua-Solution into the water/paint mixture and watch it turn to gel in about 2-5 minutes. Once the paint is in gel form lift the filter bag and set aside for the landfill. Now you have a Vinyl-Con that is ready to use again!

For Larger Paint Washouts use same as Concrete Washouts.
