Reuse the Vinyl-Con Again and Again!
When using the filter bags, you may fill 1-3 filter bags by washing out the concrete trucks. Once each filter bag is full of hardended concrete you lift the filter bag (rated for 2,500lbs - don't worry about filling the bag full) out of the Vinyl-Con container and set it aside for the concrete recycling company. Then after filling about 3 filter bags the Vinyl-Con is full of wash water. Place the fourth filter bag into the Vinyl-Con and let the water permeate up through the filter bag until the bag has settled on the bottom of the Vinyl-Con container. Sprinkle aqua-solution into the water and watch the water turn to gel in about 2-5 minutes. Once the water is in gel form lift the fourth filter bag and set aside for the concrete recyclers. Now you have a Vinyl-Con that is ready to use again!
Most concrete recyclers and landfill recyclers will take the filter bags full of hard concrete or gelled water for free. The recyclers process the used concrete and resell it. The filter bags are biodegradable and are placed directly through the recylcing crusher. The gelled water does not go back to liquid form and is an excellent dust inhibitor for the recycling crushers.
