There are no refunds or exchanges & there is no warranty. The concrete washout is a product that is what we call an "easy use." This product is disposable and does not give our customers the luxury of "trying it out" and sending it back if you do not like it. We can not warrant the concrete washout from any spill or leaks. Although it is made of the utmost quality, the performance of the washout is greatly affected by the consumers style of use. We are sorry for such a strict policy but we are confident this product will exceed your expectations when you use it.
