Use filter bags for all three sizes of Vinyl-Con Concrete Washouts and be able to reuse the Vinyl-Con watertight container.
Use Aqua-Solution for all three sizes of filter bags to get rid of the water in the Vinyl-Con. Use (3) filter bags to pick up the solids and (1) filter bag to contain the water. Pour Aqua-Solution into the fourth filter bag full of water. Water turn to gel in minutes. Pick up gelled water with filter bag and dispose/recycle at the same facility as you are taking the solids. Filter bags are biodegradable.
Preferred Method of Use - Use Zero-Con to allow direct discharge of water from the Vinyl-Con watertight container. Fill (1) filter bag with solids. When full, treat water with Zero-Con and treat pH. Lift filter bag out with solids. Check to be sure pH of water left in Vinyl-Con container has stabilized at a 6.5-8.5. Discharge water from valve in Vinyl-Con washout container. Reuse Vinyl-Con with another filter bag.
