Vinyl-Con Washout Installation

Step 1: Inside box is Vinyl-Con Washout container, framework & installation instructions.

Step 2: Spread the watertight Vinyl-Con Washout container flat on the ground.

Step 3: Separate pvc framework to prepare for Vinyl-Con Washout installation.

(4) 34" pvc (two have couplings on end)
(4) 45" pvc
(4) 2' pvc corner legs
(2) 2' pvc legs for tees in center of 8' wall

Ready to install framework into Vinyl-Con Washout.

 

Step 4:

Find 8' wall of Vinyl-Con. Insert (1) 45" pvc into pocket and place (1) tee on the end of the 45" pvc .
Insert another 45" pvc into the other side of pocket on same 8' wall. Slip into the tee at the center of the wall.
Step 5:

Place (1) corner fitting at each end of 8' wall on the end of 45" pvc
Place center leg into the bottom of tee at the center of wall. Repeat on other 8' wall.

 

Step 6:

Find 6' wall of Vinyl-Con. Insert 34" pvc with coupler in pocket.
Insert another 34" pvc without coupler in pocket on second half of 6' wall. Insert pvc into coupler to set up wall. Repeat on other 6' wall.

 

Your installation is complete. Now position the Vinyl-Con Washout best for your construction site needs.
