Vinyl-Con® Concrete Washout Systems Creates 100% Recyclable Construction Job Sites
The Vinyl-Con is capable of washing out this many concrete trucks per filter bag:
Size: 3' x 3.5' = 10+ concrete trucks
Size 6' x 8' = 45+ concrete trucks
Size 8' x 10' = 77+ concrete trucks
The watertight Vinyl-Con Washout container is Reusable with use of filter bags.
Recycle
Concrete Solids: Use filter bags to lift the solids from the Vinyl-Con Concrete Washout. The contaminated wastewater drains through the filter bags and into the watertight Vinyl-Con container. You may recycle/dispose of the concrete solids in these biodegradable filter bags.
Recycle/Dispose of Wastewater: Choose from Zero-Con or Aqua-Solution to remove wastewater. Both products are effective. The application to remove the wastewater is very different. Your decision may be based on personal preference or construction site variables.

Aqua-Solution
Fill (1) Filter Bag full of solids and the Vinyl-Con will be full of contaminated water. Once filter bag and Vinyl-Con are both full, it takes (1) Zero-Con Bag to treat the water. Stir the Zero-Con granuals into the Vinyl-Con Washout while the filter bag is still in the container, agitate water. Lift filter bag out with solids inside. Treat pH of water in Vinyl-Con and discharge from the Vinyl-Con discharge valve on side of container. Reuse Vinyl-Con with another filter bag and Zero-Con.

It takes a total of (4) filter bags and (1) Aqua-Solution bag to dispose of contaminated wastewater. Fill the first (3) filter bags with solids. Lift each filter bag out of Vinyl-Con as it is full, leaving the water to drain into the watertight container. Once Vinyl-Con is full of contaminated water, place fourth filter bag into Vinyl-Con. The water will permeate up through the filter bag. Once filter bag is full of water broadcast (1) Aqua-Solution Bag into water and watch it turn to gel. Lift fourth filter bag out full of gelled water and dispose/recycle at the same place you are taking the solids. Most first time contractors will purchase in terms of sets. Once the set is used the Vinyl-Con is reusable and the contractor will purchase Filter Bags and Aqua-Solution.
