The Vinyl-Con™ Concrete Washout System is designed to keep residue and contaminated water out of storm drains on construction sites. This washout system is designed to reuse the Vinyl-Con watertight container over and over again. Many of our customers have been known to reuse the Vinyl-Con for over a year. Used for concrete trucks, pump trucks and more.
Vinyl-Con™ Concrete Washout System Filter Bags are biodegradable and are taken to the concrete recycler. These filter bags are thrown directly into the crusher full of concrete. There is absolutely no waste material.
Zero-Con™ treatment allows direct discharge of concrete wastewater. Treating the contaminated water inside the Vinyl-Con® Washout System, the water is ready for recycling, direct discharge on the ground or POTW. Zero-Con™ allows many contractors to offer a 100% recyclable construction site.
Aqua-Solution™ gels the contaminated water to solid form and the filter bag full of gelled water is also placed directly into the crusher. Concrete recyclers use the Aqua-Solution™ filled bags for dust control and is helpful to plant operations.
