You simply spread the granule packet evenly across the water in the Vinyl-Con Concrete Washout and watch the water turn to a "gel like" substance before your eyes in approximately 5 minutes. Once the water has turned to gel you can then dispose of the Vinyl-Con Concrete Washout or Filter Bag with no liquid mess.
