To treat the concrete wastewater you simply spread the granule packet evenly across the water in the Vinyl-Con Concrete Washout and watch the water turn to a "gel like" substance before your eyes in approximately 5 minutes. Once the water has turned to gel you can then dispose of the Vinyl-Con Concrete Washout or Filter Bag with no liquid mess.

Once each filter bag is full of hardened concrete you lift the filter bag out of the Vinyl-Con container and set it aside for the concrete recycling company. After filling about 3 filter bags the Vinyl-Con is full of wash water. Place the fourth filter bag into the Vinyl-Con and let the water permeate up through the filter bag until the bag has settled on the bottom of the Vinyl-Con container. Sprinkle Aqua-Solution into the water and watch the water turn to gel in about 2-5 minutes. Once the water is in gel form lift the fourth filter bag and set aside for the concrete recyclers. Now you have a Vinyl-Con that is ready to use again!

It takes a total of (4) filter bags and (1) Aqua-Solution bag to dispose of contaminated wastewater. Fill the first (3) filter bags with solids. Lift each filter bag out of Vinyl-Con as it is full, leaving the water to drain into the watertight container. Once Vinyl-Con is full of contaminated water, place fourth filter bag into Vinyl-Con. The water will permeate up through the filter bag. Once filter bag is full of water broadcast (1) Aqua-Solution Bag into water and watch it turn to gel. Lift fourth filter bag out full of gelled water and dispose/recycle at the same place you are taking the solids. Most first time contractors will purchase in terms of sets. Once the set is used the Vinyl-Con is reusable and the contractor will purchase Filter Bags and Aqua-Solution.
